About K16 Solutions

K16 Solutions is redefining how higher education manages and uses institutional data. While most institutions are still stitching together warehouses, pipelines, reports, and compliance tools, K16 has built a unified, automated data management platform purpose-built for the realities of higher education — helping institutions move faster, operate more efficiently, and reduce the complexity of managing fragmented data environments.

At the center of this platform is Scaffold DataX, an automated data warehouse and analytics engine that connects LMS, SIS, CRM, ERP, and workforce systems into a single, trusted data foundation. DataX enables institutions to meet growing compliance and reporting demands while unlocking analytics and AI readiness — without relying on fragile, custom-built stacks. Our customers use DataX to power high-impact initiatives around workforce funding, regulatory compliance, institutional analytics, and data governance.

K16 is also known for a collaborative, high-performance culture built around ownership, trust, and low ego. Teams work closely across product, sales, marketing, and customer success, with real access to leadership and a shared focus on solving meaningful problems for institutions. It’s a place where strong ideas move quickly, great work is recognized, and people are excited about what they’re building together.
